I've poured 9+ years coaching experience and know-how into The Fit Life Plans: a range of comprehensive 6-8 week guides targeted towards the kind of goals I've helped hundreds of people reach time and time again.

My 'Muscle Up' range will help you bulk up, add size & develop lean muscle.

My 'Lean Up' range will help you 'cut': dropping body fat in a responsible and sustainable way, whilst retaining as much lean muscle for an athletic, toned aesthetic.

Bulking Plans

'Intro'

You'll train in the gym 3x weekly, mastering the basics of muscle building in 6 weeks and laying a rock-solid foundation you can build up competently from. Muscle Up Intro suits for all experience levels - particularly beginners. Workouts on Intro tend to last around 60 minutes.

'Athlete' (most popular)

You'll train in the gym 4x weekly, looking to aggressively build lean muscle tissue in 8 weeks. Muscle Up Athlete suits those who have already been regularly training for 4-6 weeks. Workouts on Athlete tend to last around 60-75 minutes.

Optimal workouts

Take the guesswork out with scientifically-backed workouts designed to target each muscle group optimally, at balanced intervals, each week. Every exercise has a quality tutorial from me, with substitutions available for the vast majority of exercises. With cardio, isolation finishers and recovery work built in, you'll never have trained like this.

Targeted nutrition

You'll drive your body composition change though nutrition targets that are clearly defined and based on your bodyweight and somatotype (body type). I've even built in an alternative to counting calories (if you'd prefer another proven method), together with a library of delicious, nutritionally balanced Fit Recipes for you to enjoy.

Habit formation

Your success relies on your habits, and you'll have 4-5 daily habits to stick to throughout each Plan. From daily activity to sleep to nutritional checks and balances, you'll only focus on the most impactful habits throughout your Plan. No fluff. Build your self-confidence and momentum by ticking your habits off each day - challenging yourself to build the biggest streaks possible!

Wellness resources

Expect a range of in-app mindset and lifestyle resources, designed to assist your efforts physically and mentally. You'll have unlimited use of these high-value resources throughout your Plan.

Every Plan is delivered via my app, meaning you can access it from your smartphone wherever you are! I've designed them all from the ground up with this in mind, meaning you're not scrolling through a PDF. Instead, you'll have a modern, immersive experience with plenty of integrations.

FAQ's

Who are these Plans for?

Plans are for men and women looking to improve their body composition and wellness in a responsible way. You should choose the Plan that matches your current time availability & experience level best (reading through the descriptions). This will allow you to start with a Plan you'll have the best chance of succeeding with.

Do I need access to a gym?

For all Muscle Up (bulking) Plans - yes. The Lean Up (cutting) Plans have been designed to be performed at home, the gym or on your travels (or even a combination of all three each week!). The fitness programme on all Plans have been designed to be rejigged or paused at any time, making them highly flexible, allowing for holidays, emergencies and so on.

Will I need to sacrifice my lifestyle?

You'll be required to maintain targeted nutrition on each Plan, meaning you'll likely need to make some beneficial changes to your lifestyle. Any lifestyle changes you make will probably not be long term, however. I promote a 'flexible dieting' approach, where the majority of the foods and drinks you consume should be healthful (but still allowing for treats). You can complete any Plan without significant changes to your social and family life.

What makes the Plans different?

As well as the fitness and nutrition components, each Plan includes lifestyle and mindset tools and direction. You'll look to improve your sleep, better manage your time, lower your stress levels, reduce decision fatigue and establish a growth mindset: the very things that help keep you consistent. In addition, the fact it's app-based means you'll be able to log your workouts, watch pro video tutorials (with subtitles), tick habits off and build streaks, receive motivational notifications, use built-in rest timers, connect Apple/Google Health and MyFitnessPal, and log extra activities/sports and hobbies. It's unrivalled.
