Ex-corporate, hospitality and retail employee with lived experience across multiple sectors.
Fit Teams launched at The Hampshire Business Show in Q4 2025, with the aim of partnering with 12-15 SMEs across five key sectors in 2026.

What’s the time commitment for our team?
Minimal. Most tools take under 10 minutes and many are asynchronous. Fit Teams is designed for time-poor, high-aspiration SMEs. Nothing gets added to the calendar unless it delivers value and most participation happens through small actions that slot into existing workdays or at home. Fit Teams runs quietly in the background, so nothing adds to your calendar unless it drives real impact. It’s plug-and-play: installed and managed for you. We handle rollout, comms and engagement, so this doesn’t become another job for you or your leadership team.
What if only some of our team engage?
That’s expected...and it’s built in. Fit Teams runs on micro-wins, not motivation. From day one, engagement is made frictionless and designed to compound over time. You’ll also see clear usage insights showing what’s landing, where engagement is strongest and where small tweaks will unlock better uptake. You don’t need 100% participation for culture to shift.
We’ve tried wellness perks before. How is this different?
Fit Teams isn’t a perk - it’s a wellbeing system. Apps and perks tend to sit outside the business, relying on motivation and individual effort. Fit Teams installs a structured cadence inside your team: nudges, Scorecards™, leadership tools, Fit Sprints™ and wellbeing Vaults, all wrapped into one plug-and-play system that’s installed, customised and supported. It’s designed to integrate into how work already runs - not compete with it.
Is this SaaS (Software as a Service)?
Not in the traditional sense. Fit Teams is software-backed, but it isn’t a self-serve dashboard where you 'get access' and figure it out alone. We install it for you, customise it to your brand and actively support your team throughout. That means fewer drop-offs, more meaningful usage and better cultural integration.
Do we need a HR team to run this?
No. We handle the full rollout - from setup to team nudges and feedback loops. Fit Teams is designed so SMEs don’t need internal bandwidth to keep it alive. You’ll have visibility and insights, but you won’t be asked to become the programme manager.
Will this create more admin for us?
No. Rollout, comms and engagement are handled for you. You’ll receive usage insights, optional leader briefings and regular reporting where relevant, all done for you. The whole point is to reduce the operational load while increasing employee wellbeing.
Can we use our own language or brand tone?
Absolutely. Your digital HQ is custom built using your internal tone, values and brand visuals. Nudges and delivery language can be aligned to how you already communicate. You’re not buying a generic platform with your logo on top, you’re installing a system designed to feel like a natural extension of your business.
Is this remote-team friendly?
Yes. Fit Teams is built for hybrid and asynchronous teams, with flexible tools and digital access baked in. Participation isn’t dependent on everyone being in the same place at the same time.
How do we know if it’s working?
You’ll get clear data and insights (engagement usage, behaviour shifts and LiveWell Profile™ insights) plus optional co-branded feedback summaries for leadership, funders or internal comms. The aim is to show whether people are using the tools, what’s changing over time and what to adjust to increase impact. The focus is measurable ROI, not just good intentions.
What if we’re not ready for a full rollout?
