What I kept seeing...and why Fit Teams had to exist.

Hi, I'm Meg - the founder of Fit Teams. I’ve spent the last 10 years coaching hundreds of people across fitness, mindset, nutrition and lifestyle - including founders, senior leaders and people at every level of fast-paced teams.

And time after time, I saw the same thing: well-intentioned individuals struggling to protect their own wellbeing...not because they weren’t trying, but because modern workplaces are wired for performance, not protection, structure or balance.

Sure, they'd throw in gym memberships, EAP's, team days and/or some vague digital support - but none of these cracked the one truth: the most valuable people in your organisation want to feel like they're thriving - personally and professionally. They just often don't know how to or have the space to do so.

That’s why I created Fit Teams.

Not just another platform. A hybrid people-first operating system, that embeds wellbeing into workdays and is designed to energise teams from the inside out - without adding admin, pressure or faff.
