What if only some of our team engage?
That's expected - and it's built in. The aim isn't to get every employee using everything. It's to create enough visible uptake, practical wins and useful feedback that wellbeing becomes part of how your organisation operates. Fit Teams runs on micro-wins rather than motivation. You don't need 100% participation for a culture to shift. And you'll have clear usage insights showing where engagement is strongest and where small tweaks will unlock better uptake.
Will this create more admin for us?
No. Rollout, comms and engagement are handled for you. You'll receive usage insights, optional leader briefings and regular reporting where relevant. The whole point is to reduce your operational load while increasing employee wellbeing - not add to it.
We've tried wellness perks before. How is this different?
To be clear: Fit Teams isn't a 'perk'. Apps and perks sit outside the business and rely on individual motivation to get used. Fit Teams installs a structured cadence inside your team: Sprints, Challenges, Scorecards, Vaults and leadership tools - all wrapped into one delivered service that's set up, customised and supported for you. It's designed to integrate into how work already runs, not compete with it.
How soon can we get started?
Quickly. Most organisations are live within two weeks of payment. We handle the setup, onboarding architecture and rollout structure - you make an internal announcement, share some metrics, choose a captain and circulate a link. That's genuinely it.
What's the time commitment for our team?
Minimal. Most tools take under ten minutes and many are asynchronous - accessible on personal devices in and out of work, whenever suits. Fit Teams runs in the background. Nothing gets added to anyone's calendar unless it delivers real value - and participation is designed to slot into existing workdays, not compete with them.
What if our budget isn't confirmed yet?
You have options. Start with a POC (Proof of Concept) - a 12 week proof route available at Core or Plus level - to build internal belief before committing to a full year. Or start with Essentials, a lighter annual route designed for organisations that want credible wellbeing provision without the full activation layer. If timing genuinely isn't right, speak to us about holding current pricing with a small deposit.
