I've crafted The Body Project from scratch - bringing my expertise as an LDNM Nutrition Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer to, what I believe, is the most enjoyable and high quality online body composition course out there.  Forget the 100 page PDF's and meal plans that cost you a fortune.

 

The Fit Squad Body Project is unique: an beginners online course where you go at your own pace, using videos to learn why you're doing what you're doing.  There's a dedicated app to track your progress and a whole bunch of extra materials that'll be there for you to use forever.  It's a 360 approach thats's infinitely more sustainable for you, in the long-term.

Together, we'll navigate 6+ weeks of online nutrition and exercise coaching.  All with an amazing goal in mind: to leave you with a body you're proud of!

    A gentle 2 day introduction to The Body Project. You'll set your goal for the Project, learn how we'll ditch the scales and look to measure progress in other ways and why nutrition AND exercise dovertail on this Project, to help you achieve fat loss responsibly. You'll get set up with the Fit Squad app and be invited to join the Facebook Members Group - a fantastic place to meet others on a similar journey to you!
