WHO IS THE SQUAD FOR?
The Squad is for adults aged 18+ who'd like to build quality fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset habits simultaneously - over a structured, enjoyable 6 week period.
IS THERE A CLOSING DATE?
The Squad starts on Monday 25th September 2023 and you can join anytime before then (the sooner you purchase, the more access you have to pre-course tools, workouts & materials, though!)
WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS?
Once the Squad begins, you'll get a thoughtfully paced week-by-week plan, detailing how best to navigate the course. Typically, you'll complete x2 MasterClass video trainings each week (approx. 1 hour in total - which I provide accountability towards), in addition to any workouts, planning, learning and reflective work you choose to do. We'll meet as a Squad group once a week on a live 'Huddle' on Zoom, keeping you motivated and focused. We end Huddles with a Q&A & it's advised that you set time aside for this.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
The Squad is all delivered on my app, so as long as you have an internet connection, you're good! You'll get some handy PDF downloads, so a computer and a printer might come in handy - but they're not essential. If you plan to complete your workouts at home or on your travels, you will need a light resistance band and (optionally) some dumbbells where you can adjust the weight. If you plan to complete the fitness aspect at a gym, then you'll need a membership, ofc.
I WORK FULL TIME...CAN I FIT THIS INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
The Squad is primarily self-paced and all the resources are on-demand. I've designed it not to feel overwhelming…but still push you to become physically and mentally healthier. I've worked 1:1 with many high performers and busy individuals in my career - you're in the hands of an experienced mentor here. You'll do great!
WHAT'S UNIQUE ABOUT THE SQUAD?
I wanted to create something different - something that went beyond a usual basic online fitness or nutrition course and covered lifestyle and mindset elements, at an expert level, too. The Squad doesn't tell you exactly how to run things because, at the end of the day, your life is unique and you know how best to integrate the things you'll learn and have access to, but I do help guide you towards what's optimal and what has worked best for the hundreds of clients I've coached over the years.
WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET?
You'll find a huge amount of guidance within the Squad materials. Once we kick off, you'll be added to the Squad forum, where you can interact with other participants - and I'll be checking in on you all each week via feedback posts. You can also 'hotseat' once a week for extra support, where we jump on a 1:1 Zoom/phone call to keep you progressing!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS?
You'll be invited to join The Fit Life Society - a monthly membership with access to my most premium Inner Circle content and support. It's purely optional, though, so no obligations (or hard feelings) if it's not right for you at the end of your 6 weeks! I offer you membership at a discount, but like I say, it's 100% optional.
