I train people who have one of the following seven primary goals:
To responsibly & sustainably reduce body fat
To gain visible lean muscle
To recomp (combining body fat reduction with simultaneous muscle growth)
To improve overall fitness levels & protect all important long-term health
To learn correct techniques & boost confidence as a gym beginner
To improve sports, athletic, endurance event or race performance
To train effectively around a mobility issue
My role is to provide you with proper direction, support, motivation & the accountability you need to get you to where you want to be - much quicker than you would on your own & with better results. With almost 10 years experience working with hundreds of clients, plus a number of elite fitness & nutrition qualifications, you'll be in the very best hands. You'll actively look forward to sessions and I structure things so you'll be continually (yet realistically) challenged.
