FAQ'S

WHEN DO PLANS START?

Every Plan will start on the Monday following purchase, as they've been designed in a week-to-week format. You'll receive all your workouts & resources direct to your app first thing Monday morning.

WHO ARE THE PLANS FOR?

Muscle Up Plans are for adults aged 18+ who are ready to gain muscle naturally, willing to put regular effort in & who are able to make necessary changes to their activity levels, diet & lifestyle.

WHERE SHOULD I START?

Select the Plan that matches your current time availability & current experience level best. This will allow you to be confident that you're starting on the correct Plan.

DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?

For Muscle Up Plans, yes. This is because of the nature of the workouts - they'll require the kind of equipment found in most commercial gyms.

DO I NEED TO SACRIFICE MY LIFESTYLE?

No sacrifices - just some (beneficial) tweaks here and there. Fit Life Plans fit within your social life, family life & hobbies - not outside of them. You'll get guidance & tips to help you achieve this balance.

IS THIS JUST A WORKOUT PLAN?

Not at all. Each Plan also includes tools to help improve your sleep, manage your time, lower your stress levels, reduce decision fatigue & boost your mindset: the very things that help keep you consistent.

WILL I BE DIETING?

We promote a 'flexible dieting' approach, where the majority of the foods/drinks you consume will be healthful (but still allowing for treats). You'll get targets to follow, which get more precise the more advanced the Plan.

WHAT IF I MISS WORKOUTS?

You can easily rearrange workouts in your app - with up to 12 weeks to complete most Plans. If you feel you'd need to rejig workouts often, purchase a Studio membership instead (you can pause & resume whenever you like).

ARE PLANS FOR MEN & WOMEN?

Absolutely, yes. Muscle gain isn't reliant on gender - the principles are the same for everybody.
