FAQ'S
WHEN DO PLANS START?
Every Plan will start on the Monday following purchase, as they've been designed in a week-to-week format. You'll receive all your workouts & resources direct to your app first thing Monday morning.
WHO ARE THE PLANS FOR?
Lean Up Plans are for adults aged 18+ who need to reduce overall body fat levels. The Plans are not for those who are already lean. Long-term calorie deficits are detrimental to your health, so only begin a Lean Up Plan if your body fat levels are high (not purely for aesthetic reasons).
WHERE SHOULD I START?
Select the Plan that matches your current time availability & current experience level best. This will allow you to be confident that you're starting on the correct Plan.
DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?
Lean Up Plans have been designed for flexibility, meaning workouts can be performed at home, the gym or on your travels (or even a combination of all three each week!)
DO I NEED TO SACRIFICE MY LIFESTYLE?
You'll be required to maintain a regular calorie deficit on each Plan, meaning you'll likely need to make some changes to your lifestyle. Our aim is to 'get you in & get you out' of your deficit as soon as possible, though - so any lifestyle changes you make will probably not be long term.
IS THIS JUST A WORKOUT PLAN?
Not at all. Each Plan also includes tools to help improve your sleep, manage your time, lower your stress levels, reduce decision fatigue & boost your mindset: the very things that help keep you consistent.
WILL I BE DIETING?
We promote a 'flexible dieting' approach, where the majority of the foods/drinks you consume will be healthful (but still allowing for treats). You'll get targets to follow, which get more precise the more advanced the Plan.
WHAT IF I MISS WORKOUTS?
You can easily rearrange workouts in your app - with up to 8 weeks to complete most Plans. If you feel you'd need to rejig workouts often, purchase a Studio membership instead (you can pause & resume whenever you like).
ARE PLANS FOR MEN & WOMEN?
Absolutely, yes. Body fat reduction isn't reliant on gender - the principles are the same for everybody.
