The Fit Life Group PT is the perfect option if you'd like to take strides forward with a partner, friends, co-workers, your training squad or members of your sports team. Your personal results are boosted when you have a mini squad there to support you.

The only three conditions are that you both/all have the same overall goal (detailed below), are both/all broadly of a similar level (you can be novices up to advanced - but you must all be at a similar level) and can all set consistent times aside to come in for PT sessions (your diaries all need to allow for this, weekly).

 

This ensures you all get the very most from your sessions and overall programme - which is what it's all about!

With groups, I have 5 specific goals I coach for:
 

  • To responsibly & sustainably reduce body fat levels as a group

  • To collectively gain visible lean muscle

  • To improve overall fitness levels & protect all important long-term health

  • To learn correct techniques & boost confidence as gym beginners

  • To improve sports, athletic, endurance event or race performance as a group

 

The best thing about Group PT is that it drives motivation and enjoyment through the roof. Your PT sessions in the gym are typified by each Member pushing and helping each other. Out of the gym, you've got an instant support system - with someone else who is following the exact same path as you - able to help keep your momentum going week by week.

 

As soon as you join, I create a private online forum for us to communicate as a team. For competitive types, I'm even able to create exclusive leaderboards, where you can have a bit of friendly competition between yourselves! You can 'compete' in basic areas like daily steps or total weight lost, or in more technical aspects like total volume lifted and PB's.

Of course, a big driver for many starting Group PT is the ability to share cost. I discount my hourly rate as far as 50%, whether you're looking to train in as a pair (two people), trio (three people) or quads (four people). It's a win win - you get to boost your enjoyment training at a high level with people you know, but also make it wallet-friendly.

As your PT, my role is to provide you as a group with collective direction, support, motivation & the accountability you each need to get you to where you want to be - much quicker than you would on your own & with better results. With almost 10 years experience working with hundreds of clients, plus a number of elite fitness & nutrition qualifications, you'll be in the very best hands. 

I do what I do to make spectacular improvements to people who are ready. If that's what you're after as a group, I'm the Trainer for you.

The free Online Consultation only takes 5-10 mins and is the first step.
Only one of you needs to complete it for now (you'll be the 'Group Lead'). Once it's completed, I'll be in touch with the Lead to outline next steps.

The 'Push' package typically suits groups who have been training individually or together regularly for 1-6 months+, have some exercise knowledge & are pretty sure they each have a good technical standard. Each member of your group must be at a similar level.

Perform

3 GROUP SESSIONS PER WEEK

'Perform' is suitable for all experience levels - particularly novices and beginners. All members of your group must be at a similar level.

 

Three hours of PT per week is a progressive sweet spot for the majority of recreational exercisers - and your time can be split into three 60 minute sessions, or two 90 minute sessions.

Your progress will be quicker vs the 'Push' package (above) as we'll be able to do 50% more work together. Whether you're novices or an advanced trainers, 'Perform' is the ideal package for groups who want a great all-round programme, with optimal contact time.
