Get your heart rate up for a minimum of 20 minutes each day. Perform enjoyable home or gym workouts, active recovery, sport or mobility drills.

You'll be provided with a free fitness programme and on-demand recovery videos for the duration of your challenge, which have been designed for all experience levels & can be completed anywhere, anytime.

Hi, I'm Meg - founder of The Fit Life and creator of the FIT14 Challenge!

I've coached hundreds towards better lifestyles, fitness, mindsets & nutrition for 9+ years. I know, through experience, just how interlinked each of these are. I call them 'The 4 Pillars'.

Your Challenge kicks off on the Monday start date at the top of this page and runs for 14 days.

FAQ'S

WHO IS FIT14 FOR?

FIT14 is for adults aged 18+ who'd like to build quality fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset habits simultaneously - over a focused & enjoyable 2 week period.

IT'S...FREE?

Yes! I've purposefully made it as accessible as possible. Previous challenges have seen friends, co-workers & families join together - and making it free makes it easy for lots of people to get involved (which benefits everyones experience).

ARE THERE 'WINNERS' OR 'LOSERS'?

Nope. FIT14 isn't that kinda Challenge. No weigh ins, no prizes, no shared progress pictures. I designed the Challenge in this way on purpose. Your only competition is with yourself, so you can check off your habits each day and build cool streaks - but your progress is private.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

FIT14 is all delivered on my app, so as long as you have an internet connection, you're good! You'll get some handy PDF downloads, so a computer and a printer might come in handy - but they're not essential. If you plan to complete your fitness programme at home or on your travels, you will need a light resistance band and (optionally) some dumbbells where you can adjust the weight. If you plan to complete the fitness aspect at a gym, then you'll need a membership, ofc.

I WORK FULL TIME...CAN I FIT THIS INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

The challenge is primarily self-paced and all the resources are on-demand. I've designed it not to feel overwhelming…but still push you to become physically and mentally healthier. I've worked 1:1 with many high performers in my career - you're in the hands of an experienced mentor here. You'll do great!

WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET?

You'll find a huge amount of guidance within the challenge, from done-for-you fitness plans, energy playlists, learning menus and on-demand video instructions. You'll be added to the challenge forum, where you can interact with other participants - and I'll be checking in on you all each week via feedback posts.

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT FIT14?

5 things: structure, support, resources, accountability and better health. Unlike other online challenges, the focus is on personal progress, without judgement. It might be only 14 days, but a lot of us just need that focus and that push to get consistent with actions and behaviours we've let slide. And it's free, so you have literally nothing to lose.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS?

I'll offer you a six week 'Squad' course with loads of extras that you can join. It's purely optional, though, so no obligations (or hard feelings) if it's not right for you at the end of your 14 days. It's centred around mindset, lifestyle, fitness and nutrition optimisation, keeping you accountable to 10 vitality-promoting habits (4 of which you'll have made a start on in this challenge). Within the course, I teach you the system I use to optimise my clients' personal habits, get them leaner and physically and mentally energetic. I offer you the course at a discount if you complete FIT14, but like I say, it's 100% optional.
