Hi - I'm Meg - the founder of The Fit Life and creator of the FIT14 Challenge!
I've coached hundreds of individuals & groups towards better lifestyles, fitness, mindsets & nutrition for almost a decade now. I know, through experience, just how interlinked each of these are. I call them 'The 4 Pillars'.
It's led to the creation of FIT14 - a really effective & fun way to tackle all 4 Pillars, all at once. The Challenge relies on you completing '5 Daily Habits' - with full support & direction.
