Hi, I'm Meg and thank you for your interest in Fit Squad Personal Training!
I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as an LDNM accredited Nutrition Coach. I firmly believe that targeted fitness PLUS better nutrition habits reap the best, most sustainable results.
My specialism is in body composition. So whether you're looking to fill out a t-shirt, or cut body fat and get trim for a special occasion - I'm your guy. Of course, if you're looking to get simply get active and make better choices in a fun way, I can help with that too!
