Hi, I'm Meg and thank you for your interest in Fit Squad Online Coaching!

I'm so excited to be able to roll out specialist online fitness and nutrition coaching worldwide.  I've honed my skills over the past few years by coaching both in-person and online, achieving great success coaching guys and girls who want to make changes to their body composition.

In addition to my PT credentials, I am also a Certified Online Trainer through the Online Training Academy - making me one of the very few qualified professionals in the online coaching field.

Fit Squad Online Nutrition Coaching is a bit different.  Competitors will send you generic set meal plans, set shopping lists and strict routines which you are told to blindly follow.  I have no qualms if that's what you're after - but I coach the exact opposite.

​

Working together, we'll look to set you up for long-term, independent nutritional success - with the focus on body composition.  You'll learn the 'why', as well as the 'how'.  You'll establish a better mindset and balance around food - focusing on habits.  

 

I am a firm advocate of Flexible Dieting (more on that below) - whereby I don't restrict any foods - in fact I encourage treats!

The Fit Squad Online Nutrition Coaching is highly individual.  We'll establish gaps and areas to work on at the outset, formulating a range of goals that we work towards over time.

Ultimately, I want to arm you with much better habits, a stronger and more positive 'can-do' mindset, heightened accountability and clear, purposeful direction.  All backed up with ongoing support!

Imagine not having to restrict any foods whatsoever?  Welcome to Flexible Dieting!  It's the approach I and my clients follow - one where you eat a balanced diet that reflects real-life. 

 

Forget months and months depriving yourself of the foods you actually like.  Flexible Dieting, for me, is the number one approach to beneficial long-term nutritional change.

SUSTAINABLE

Forget yo-yo'ing from one failed, miserable diet to the other.  Getting control back and actually enjoy your foods makes Flexible Dieting the most sustainable, long-term plan.

Flexible Dieting works by keeping an eye on calories.  This is a super simple thing to track!  After a while this'll become second nature - but it needs practice.
