Banging DJ-led mixes, disco ball on rotation and group games (complete with prizes).
Combine this with with fun, interesting exercises - often working together in pairs or as a group on many drills make Fit Camp the most fun you can have getting fit!
Varied, fresh sessions each and every week. We'll work with new equipment, challenging your body at each step.
Each session will be a fresh workout: avoiding boredom.
Come away from each Fit Camp having learnt something new.
Fit Camp sessions are capped at 8 people maximum. This way, I'm able to provide far greater attention to individual form/technique - providing feedback all the way.

Fit Camp is something I look forward to each week!
It helps me reach far more people than I can on a 1-1 basis. Keeping each session capped at 8 people means I'm able to get around and actually coach - rather than just instructing.
It's important to me that I'm able to reach those who aren't Pure Gym members too - so Fit Camp is open to everyone. With a host of typical Fit Squad added extras, I feel it represents fantastic value for money.
In addition to working hard and at a high intensity, there is a focus on making each session varied and very very fun! We get some awesome tunes on, play group games and I try and incorporate partner/trio exercises throughout.
For me, there is no better way to start the weekend!

We train in a private studio located at Pure Gym in Shirley, Southampton.
This space affords us privacy, mirrors to check form/technique, a state of the art sound system and a range of equipment perfectly suited to meet your needs.
Car parking is free and there are ample changing and showering facilities on site.

Every session includes a fun full warm-up (including mobility drills), as well as a guided, calming cool down - enhancing your recovery and leaving you on a high.
YOUR FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
It's vital that you know you're making progress.
Fit Camp is there to supplement an existing exercise routine - providing you with a full body workout every Friday. In addition, you should be training all other muscle groups at least once per week - either individually or with the help of a Personal Trainer.
To ensure you're making progress, my commitment to you is that if you attend 10 Fit Camp sessions in a 12 week period, I'll set aside an hour to conduct a Fitness Assessment with you. In addition, I'll put my findings into a Fitness Report, complete with commentary and progression recommendations.
