Small group training with one goal: fat loss. Full body sessions working at mid/high intensity - in a hugely fun atmosphere!

DJ led playlist, disco ball on rotation and group games (with prizes). I even throw in a free Fitness Assessment every 12 weeks - so you know you're making real progress.

COMMUNITY
In amongst the many options available to you, there is one constant. The Fit Squad community.

Within this, you'll find a group of like-minded individuals who share common goals and can relate to your experience.

You'll be supported, encouraged and motivated, both during and after your programme with lifetime access to the private Fit Squad Members Facebook community.
