Of course, you'd have my input.  We'd sit down and have a conversation towards the end of your Taster period, to chat about what would work best for you, your goals & your lifestyle.

Price wise, I always offer a significant discount for ongoing training, provided you renew immediately after your Taster period.

Discounts typically range from 20-35% off my standard hourly rate, depending on which options you go for.

For context, that would work out from £45.50 per hour, as a gym-based client (with packages starting from £392 per month)."
