You'll feel more energised, more engaged and better able to tackle your day-to-day. I keep things fresh by ensuring workouts are varied and enjoyable. You'll still be challenged (in fact - monthly challenges are a feature!), but I meet you at your level and we look to progress at a pace that's appropriate to you.
